چکیده

This paper gives the definition of Transparent Neural Network "TNN" for simulation globallocal vision and its application to segmentation administrative document image. We have developed adapted a recognition method which models contextual effects reported from studies in experimental psychology. Then, we evaluated tested TNN multi-layer perceptron "MLP", showed effectiveness field recognition, order show that is clearer user more powerful on level recognition. Indeed, only system makes it possible recognize structure.
